General Information Only

Any collaboration or service engagement with PrimeFolio is governed by a separate written agreement that outlines the scope of the project, timelines, deliverables, payment terms, and responsibilities of both parties. These agreements help ensure clarity and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Clients are encouraged to review all terms carefully before initiating any service engagement, as the project agreement will serve as the primary reference for project expectations and deliverables.

  • Legal advice
  • Tax advice
  • Accounting advice
  • Investment or financial advice
  • Medical advice
  • A guarantee of business revenue, profitability, funding, leads, sales, or growth
  • A binding consulting recommendation
  • An offer to enter into a business relationship

You should consult an appropriately qualified professional before making legal, financial, tax, medical, investment, or other regulated decisions.

Use of the title “Dr.” in relation to Dr. Atharv Kakade does not mean that medical consultations or medical advice are offered through this Website unless expressly stated otherwise.

No Guarantee of Results

Business, marketing, sales, and growth outcomes depend on several factors, including market conditions, competition, pricing, product quality, customer demand, available resources, execution, team capability, and decisions made by the business owner.
We do not guarantee that using the Website, following its content, booking a consultation, or engaging our services will produce any particular result.

Any examples, projections, testimonials, revenue figures, client outcomes, or case studies are provided for illustration and do not guarantee that another person or business will achieve the same results.

Consulting and Professional Services

Information displayed on the Website does not itself create a consultant-client, advisor-client, agency-client, or other professional relationship.

A professional relationship will begin only when:

  1. The scope of work has been mutually agreed;
  2. A proposal, quotation, engagement letter, service agreement, or contract has been accepted;
  3. Any required payment has been completed; and
  4. We have expressly confirmed the engagement.

Paid services may be provided by Ecoopex Consultancy LLP, its team members, contractors, service partners, or approved specialists.

Where a separate agreement has been signed for a service, the separate agreement will take priority over these Website Terms in relation to that service.

Consultation Bookings

The availability of a free, introductory, discovery, or strategy call does not guarantee that we will accept you as a client.

We may refuse, cancel, or reschedule a consultation where:

  • The service is not suitable for your requirements;
  • The information provided by you is incomplete or inaccurate;
  • There is a conflict of interest;
  • The booking appears fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith;
  • You repeatedly fail to attend scheduled calls; or
  • We are unable to provide the requested service.

Free consultation calls are intended to understand your business requirements and discuss potential next steps. They are not intended to provide a complete business plan, detailed execution strategy, or unlimited professional advice.

Fees, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Where payments are accepted through the Website, the applicable fees, payment schedule, taxes, cancellation terms, and refund conditions will be displayed during the booking or purchase process or included in a separate proposal or service agreement.
Unless otherwise stated:

  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes;
  • Payments must be made through approved payment methods;
  • Payment gateway charges, currency conversion fees, or bank charges may apply;
  • A booking is not confirmed until the required payment is received; and
  • Fees paid for completed consultations or work already performed are non-refundable.

Specific refund, cancellation, replacement, rescheduling, and termination conditions contained in a signed proposal or service agreement will override this section.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel a transaction affected by an obvious technical or pricing mistake. In such cases, any amount received for the cancelled transaction will be refunded.
